My Background
I am an Instructional Designer dedicated to providing clients with engaging and results-driven instructional learning solutions and experiences. I am able to merge my passion for education with creativity and technology to craft interactive, practical, and impactful learning solutions for adult learners.
I have 18 years of experience in education. During COVID I was put into the position of creating and facilitating synchronous and asynchronous learning materials for 45 faculty members, including a professional development class on how to use Google Slides for interactive lessons. That also led to creating "Just-in-Time" digital solutions, such as creating a staff Google Site and User Documents, as new software programs were introduced to keep learning for staff and students on a learning continuum.
It was through this experience that I discovered a whole new world of creating Learning and Development solutions for adults. You can see my first foray into adult learning on the Design Documents page.
