Client: Concept project for Kennari, LLC (a fictitious company)

Problem: Kennari was fined last year for violating recycling violations and needs to retrain its permanent staff on recycling protocols adding in new organic waste recycling requirements. The company would also like to do its part in reducing its footprint in the local landfill.
Solution: The course was built in PowerPoint after completing a needs analysis and collaborating with the SME and VP of Operations. I included images, a Turn and Talk activity, knowledge checks, and a scenario based activity.

After determining the training needs, a slide deck using PowerPoint was created for the ILT course. The course includes multiple modalities to engage adult learners.
